True Worship

By Sam Hinn

For the last 17 years, I've been on a journey to learn all I can about what true worship really is. I studied, taught and listened to others teach about worship.
And do you know what I have learned? Worship is not complicated. On the contrary, it is quite simple.

Worship starts with God's love. As we receive His love for us, we respond to that love. Our relationship with Him must be based on the understanding that "God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16, NKJV).

If worship is not built on a solid foundation, our Christian walk will be like riding a roller coaster. One day we are up and declaring how good God is. Then before we know it, we're on the top looking down at the first huge plunge, crying, "O God, where are You?"

Why do so many Christians have this kind of walk? I believe it's because we have misunderstood the precious gift of worship. In the church it has become a time-filler in a service rather than a lifestyle.

Worship is not something you do; it is who God created you to be. He is after YOU, not your worship songs. He wants YOU to be the song. He wants YOU to be the worship.

I have passed hundreds of church marquees inviting people to "come and worship." People come, but all they do is hear a message. They never worship.

Of course, having worship services is not the problem. The problem is a mind-set. Too many Christians operate on the paradigm that worship happens at a place--a building called church--and that it happens at a certain time--on Sundays.

Worship isn't a service; worship is a lifestyle. We have to learn how to become worship rather than having a time of worship.

You begin by loving Jesus purely and wholeheartedly in response to His love for you. Demonstrate your love for Him through praise, song and other expressions of adoration, through your obedience to His Word, and through your love for other people.

Ask the Holy Spirit to empower you to worship "in spirit and truth" (John 4:24). Let your whole being become the instruments and the songs of worship as you "give unto the Lord the glory due to His name; [and] worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness" (Ps. 29:2).

PRAYER POWER FOR THE WEEK OF 2/15/2010

Have a breakthrough in 2010 by taking inventory of your emotions and bringing them to God. Put away doubt, fear and anything that's a hindrance to trust. Yield your will to His when you pray for the needs in your life, family, community, church, city, state, nation, and beyond. Pray for the peace of Israel and for the persecuted church around the world. Remember our military serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, and also pray for Haiti and its restoration. Lift up the president, and pray that he make wise decisions regarding our nation and its dealings abroad. Continue to pray for revival and the expansion of God's kingdom on earth. 2 Cor. 10:5; James 5:13-18

Commanding Physical Healing~Prophet Owen

Commanding Physical Healing~Prophet OwenCommanding Physical Healing-
If you have sickness:

There are 2 ways to pray for physical healing as members of the body of Christ.

1)The first is the prayer of agreement as outlined in Matthew 18:19-20.

2)The second is by commanding healing as an instrument and agent of God because we have the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

By commanding healing, you are personally drawing from the Holy Spirit within you to flow out to another person and perform immediate healing. His will is to heal; it is the children’s bread. So lay your hands on them, commanding healing by the Holy Spirit and heal the sick.
It is not you; your goodness or perfection. It is simply God flowing through you because of your relationship with him. You can lay hands on others or even yourself and see dramatic results.

As a follow-up to emotional healing, the breaking of soul ties, and deliverance; it is now time to command healing. It is now time to lay-on-hands (even on yourself) and pray the following in the name of Jesus.
Remember; because you are born again and Holy Spirit filled; you have the power to command.
(Luke 10:17-19, Mark 11:23-24)

Strongly declare this, “the same Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead now lives in me and in His name I command healing” (and then name what you command)
Remember you command and any others in attendance say, “In Jesus name I agree.

1. I command your (my) heart rate variability to be balanced.

2. I command your (my) nervous system to be balanced.

3. I command all cells that are shut down to open, that all ungodly cellular memory is now terminated, that your (my) cells are Holy Ghost energized and to come into the balanced growth mode.

4. I command the electrical and chemical frequencies along with the DNA of each of your (my) cells to be conformed to the electrical and chemical frequencies and the DNA of Jesus Christ. I command that the DNA of Jesus Christ be produced in your (my) body by His blood.

5. I command your (my) immune system to be 100% efficient

6. I command your (my) good cells to devour any bad cells (such as cancer cells, etc.)

7. I speak directly to your (my) situation and command your healing and declare that you receive your total healing

8. Daily praise and thank the Lord for his blood and for your healing.

I would suggest that you do all of the above steps on a daily basis until you have confirmed your healing Additionally, commanding healing will work in almost any circumstance and should be incorporated into your evangelistic efforts.
Whenever you share about Jesus you can command healing as a witness of His great love. You can command healing for sinners and saints alike, your relationship with the Holy Spirit is the key.

Note: We believe that the Kingdom of God is manifested in you.
That our faith is in Jesus’ DNA as the Son of God; not the son of Adam, and that by the sacrifice on the cross of the sinless life of God’s Son we are purchased by God to be born-again into His bloodline.
That we are redeemed from the curse of sin, carried by the bloodline of Adam. That Jesus Christ as the second Adam took back what Adam lost in the fall, including God’s pure DNA and family bloodline.

We also believe that when generational curses are broken, permanent changes occur in the DNA strand, that this is what God declared when He said that the life is in the blood. That sin and its results will affect us down to a molecular level; but Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil, all the way to our DNA. Hallelujah!

Living in the Favor of the Lord

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace (favor) and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly (Psalms 84:11).

Make these faithfilled confessions daily and expect them to come to pass.

* "The favor of the Lord goes before me and surrounds me as a shield." Favor produces blessings upon me and my family in every area, including supernatural protection.
* Jesus, you are Lord of my finances, my ministry, my health, my loved ones, and my divine connections.
* I cast all my cares on you, Lord Jesus. I trust you, Lord.
* "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
* My God shall and is supplying all of my need according to his riches in Glory by Christ Jesus.
* "I thank You Lord Jesus for total victory in every trial in my life. Let thanking God in advance for the needed miracle become a way of life."
* "I am a joyful tither (10%). I sow bountiful offerings. I also will give significant, extra offerings as the Holy Spirit directs--especially when my finances are low. Therefore, I can daily confess, "The Lord of the Financial Breakthrough is in my Home."""

PS ***Don't cancel your miracles by unforgiveness, "grumbling and complaining, or other negative or impure words or thoughts." Keep speaking words of life, words of faith-His Word. It will change

MAKE DIFFERENCE

MAKE DIFFERENCEMAKE DIFFERENCE

A teacher in New York decided to honor each of her seniors in high school by telling them the difference they each made. She called each student to the front of the class, one at a time. First she told each of them how they had made a difference to her and the class. Then she presented each of them with a blue ribbon imprinted with gold letters which read, "Who I Am Makes a Difference." Afterwards the teacher decided to do a class project to see what kind of impact recognition would have on a community.

She gave each of the students three more ribbons and instructed them to go out and spread this acknowledgment ceremony. Then they were to follow up on the results, see who honored whom and report back to the class in about a week.

One of the boys in the class went to a junior executive in a nearby company and honored him for helping him with his career planning. He gave him a blue ribbon and put it on his shirt. Then he gave him two extra ribbons and said, "We're doing a class project on recognition, and we'd like you to go out, find somebody to honor, give them a blue ribbon, then give them the extra blue ribbon so they can acknowledge a third person to keep this acknowledgment ceremony going. Then please report back to me and tell me what happened.

Later that day the junior executive went in to see his boss, who had been noted, by the way, as being kind of a grouchy fellow. He sat his boss down and he told him that he deeply admired him for being a creative genius. The boss seemed very surprised. The junior executive asked him if he would accept the gift of the blue ribbon and would he give him permission to put it on him. His surprised boss said, "Well,
sure." The junior executive took the blue ribbon and placed it right on his boss's jacket above his heart. As he gave him the last extra ribbon, he said, "Would you do me a favor? Would you take this extra ribbon and pass it on by honoring somebody else? The young boy who first gave me the ribbons is doing a project in school and we want to keep this recognition ceremony going and find out how it affects people.

That night the boss came home to his 14-year-old son and sat him down. He said, "The most incredible thing happened to me today. I was in my office and one of the junior executives came in and told me he admired me and gave me a blue ribbon for being a creative genius. Imagine. He thinks I'm a creative genius. Then he put this blue ribbon that says 'Who I Am Makes A Difference' on my jacket above my heart. He gave me an extra ribbon and asked me to find somebody else to honor. As I was driving home tonight, I started thinking about whom I would honor with this ribbon and I thought about you. I want to honor you. My days are really hectic and when I come home I don't pay a lot of attention to you. Sometimes I scream at you for not getting good enough grades in school and for your bedroom being a mess, but somehow tonight, I just wanted to sit here and, well, just let you know that you do make a difference to me. Besides your mother, you are the most important person in my life. You're a great kid and I love you!"

The startled boy started to sob and sob, and he couldn't stop crying. His whole body shook. He looked up at his father and said through his tears, "I was planning on committing suicide tomorrow, Dad, because I
didn't think you loved me. Now I know you care. This is the happiest day I've known."

The boss went back to work a changed man. He was no longer a grouch but made sure to let all his employees know that they made a difference. The junior executive helped several other young people with career planning and never forgot to let them know that they made a difference it his life...one being the bosses son. And the young boy and his classmates learned a valuable lesson.

Who you are DOES make a difference.

Remember that!

I give you a blue ribbon.

What's Wrong With Fun?

February 1, 2010

By Hal Donaldson

Our happiness is more important to God than we might realize. He created
pleasure because He enjoys watching us laugh and smile. He also created fun
to counterbalance life's pain and disappointments.

Ecclesiastes 3:4 says there is "a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time
to mourn and a time to dance" (NIV).

God expects us to work, but He also expects us to play. We don¹t need to
feel guilty for taking a vacation or visiting the lake on a Saturday
afternoon.

What brings you pleasure and rest?

*Reading a good book?
* Playing board games with your family and friends?
* Working around the house?
* Participating in a church activity?
* Attending a sports event?
* Going shopping?
* Playing music?
* Having dinner with friends?

Our challenge is to discover God-honoring forms of relaxation and
entertainment in a world of excesses. Too much of some things... television,
shopping, eating, for example ... can erode our spiritual health. Jeremiah
6:16 encourages us to ask God to guide our choices: "Stand at the crossroads
and look .. ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest
for your souls."

Fun ... though important ... is not a substitute for prayer, Bible reading and
church participation. In fact, when we have intimacy with God our times of
relaxation become even more enjoyable because we know we are bringing a
smile to God's face too
